Calculation methodology

Throughput method. Applies a per-barrel loss factor to annual throughput. Detailed tank calculations (working, breathing, and flash losses) depend on tank geometry, liquid properties, and process conditions; use this method only when you have a defensible per-barrel factor, such as one derived from a site-specific sample.
